One line
gaggle is the cozy walking app that's really about friends.
Boilerplate
gaggle is a walking app for friends. You and your gaggle (up to 6 besties, or 10 with gaggle+) each commit to a daily walk, keep your streaks alive, grow your gardens, and honk each other out the door when someone's lagging. Not a fitness app: no calories, no weigh-ins, no shame. gaggle is free on iOS and Android and is made by Delulu Media Inc., an independent company founded by Erica Rankin.

Founder
Erica Rankin is a Canadian entrepreneur. She previously founded Bro Dough, a high-protein cookie dough brand that scaled to hundreds of stores across North America, co-founded Doozi, a creator-powered local discovery platform, and hosts the podcast You're Not a Bad Person. She built gaggle for herself and her friends, and released it once it turned out to actually work. She's passionate about wellness the balanced way: everything in moderation, moving because it feels good, and listening to your body instead of a number.
The goose
gaggle's mascot is an unnamed goose. The goose is the energy of the app: going somewhere, not fast, not for anyone, slightly offended by everything. A "silly goose walk" is a walk with no goal except going. Here's the full explanation.
Assets
Free to use in coverage of gaggle. Please don't alter the goose or recolour the logo.
