Welcome to gaggle! These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Delulu Media Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the gaggle mobile app and our website at joingaggle.app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use gaggle.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use gaggle. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You agree to provide accurate information (like your name and username) and to keep it up to date. You can delete your account at any time from within the app.
gaggle is a walking-and-community app that helps you build daily walking habits with friends. It is not a medical, fitness-prescription, or health-diagnostic service. Always use common sense and consult a professional before starting any new physical activity. Step and activity data are estimates from your device and may not be exact.
gaggle is meant to be a kind, encouraging, non-judgmental space. There is zero tolerance for objectionable, abusive, or harmful behavior. You agree that you will NOT:
You can report a user or content and block other users at any time from within the app. We review reports and may remove content and remove or ban users who violate these Terms, without notice. We aim to act on valid reports of objectionable content and abusive users promptly (generally within 24 hours). We may also remove content or suspend accounts to comply with the law or protect our community.
You keep ownership of the content you add (like your username, bio, and gaggle names). By adding it, you give us permission to display and use it as needed to operate the Service. You're responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to share it.
With your permission, gaggle reads step and walking data from Apple Health to power features like your daily goal, streaks, and leaderboards. We handle this data as described in our Privacy Policy — we never use it for advertising and never sell it. You can revoke access anytime in your device settings.
We're actively building gaggle, so features may change, be added, or be removed over time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date, and significant changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
You can stop using gaggle and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we need to for legal or safety reasons.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delulu Media Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Delulu Media Inc. is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
